Its old print-and-scan process was labor-intensive, lacked visibility, and slowed turnaround times, so it turned to Adobe Acrobat Sign to streamline agreement workflows and improve the experience for merchants and advertisers.

With Adobe, Vicinity Centres integrated Adobe Acrobat Sign with Salesforce and Conga Composer, creating an end-to-end digital signing process. The solution automatically stores signed contracts, triggers invoice workflows, and provides real-time status dashboards; Vicinity says it improved efficiencies by approximately 60%. The company has scoped the system for 30,000 agreements a year and has already completed more than 2,400 signings, while also reducing paper and toner use.
