Vicinity Centres, one of Australia’s leading retail real estate companies, needed a faster, more scalable way to handle leasing and media contracts for its Casual Mall Leasing and Retail Media programs. With Adobe, Vicinity Centres integrated Adobe Acrobat Sign with Salesforce and Conga Composer, creating an end-to-end digital signing process. The solution automatically stores signed contracts, triggers invoice workflows, and provides real-time status dashboards; Vicinity says it improved efficiencies by approximately 60%. The company has scoped the system for 30,000 agreements a year and has already completed more than 2,400 signings, while also reducing paper and toner use.
