By integrating Adobe Sign and Adobe Document Cloud with Salesforce, Smartleasing moved contracts behind a secure customer portal with pre-populated fields, validation checks, and automated signature routing. The change cut contract generation from 20 to 2 minutes, sped overall turnaround by about 90% (contracts can be completed in as little as 30 minutes for same‑day pickup), improved signature authentication and record accuracy, and reduced printing and storage costs.
