Valpak gains productivity and flexibility by transforming contracts with Adobe Acrobat Sign integrated with Salesforce

Valpak, a nationwide direct mail marketing company, wanted to streamline its largely paper-based contract process and improve the customer experience for sales teams and local businesses. The company needed a faster, more flexible, and more secure way to handle agreements, especially for field sales reps working outside the office. To solve this, Valpak chose Adobe Acrobat Sign integrated with Salesforce.

Adobe implemented Acrobat Sign so Valpak’s reps could create, send, track, and store contracts directly in Salesforce from any device, with automated reminders and dynamic templates for more accurate documents. The results included about 3,000 contracts signed each month, around 70% user adoption, more than 600 active users company-wide, and savings of roughly 530 pages of paper per day, along with reduced errors and improved continuity during the pandemic.
