University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill helps to enhance learning for students through access to Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill partnered with Adobe to tackle a campus‑wide challenge: prepare 29,000 students for 21st‑century careers and modern communication demands by building digital literacy across disciplines while reducing technical friction for faculty and IT. With changing media and employer expectations, UNC needed a consistent, industry‑standard toolset that could be woven into coursework and scale across departments.

UNC deployed Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise and the Adobe Admin Console, using named‑user licensing and centralized management to give students and faculty access to the full app suite and simplify IT support. Integrated into core courses and extracurricular projects, the program boosted student engagement and critical thinking, enabled cross‑disciplinary collaboration, produced shareable portfolios, reduced help‑desk workload, and better prepared graduates for the workforce.
