A Adobe Case Study
UCLA Anderson School of Management set out to reinvent its alumni magazine, Assets, to better reflect the school’s emphasis on innovation, deepen alumni engagement, and reduce production costs and environmental impact. The challenge was to transform a static print publication into a dynamic, interactive digital app that could deliver timely, multimedia storytelling and reach a global audience.
By adopting Adobe Digital Publishing Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, UCLA Anderson launched Assets Digital—an iPad app featuring video, audio, animation, real-time calendars, and social feeds, plus analytics for measuring engagement. The digital edition reduced production costs by about 30%, supported sustainability goals, earned editorial awards, broadened global reach, and increased reader interaction and app subscriptions.
