Tulare County Sheriff’s Office, serving a diverse, 4,863-square-mile region in central California with about 1,300 staff and volunteers across 21 locations, struggled to share information and secure multiple signatures for HR and business documents. Dispersed offices relied on email, fax, scanning and couriers, which prevented accurate tracking and delayed routine approvals.
By implementing Adobe Sign (Adobe Document Cloud), the department automated signature workflows, gained document visibility and routing, and encouraged faster responses with reporting and reminders. The solution enabled processing roughly 5,000 contracts in just over a year, produced signed PDFs in about a minute, eliminated paper handling, and improved countywide efficiency and cost control.
