Tulane University adopts faster, safer, contact-less document workflows with Adobe Acrobat Sign

Tulane University wanted faster, safer, contactless document workflows across the campus, especially for complex processes like faculty appointment letters and other administrative forms. Using Adobe Acrobat Sign from Adobe Document Cloud, the university aimed to replace slow paper-based approvals and improve continuity for departments including Academic Affairs, Procurement, and the Medical School.

Adobe implemented Acrobat Sign to automate signatures, standardize templates, and add workflow tracking and integrations. Tulane reduced faculty appointment turnaround time from up to three weeks to two days or less, sped up medical study consent and procurement paperwork, and improved security and efficiency with digital, touchless processes that can keep running even during disruptions like COVID-19 or hurricanes.
