A Adobe Case Study
Training Magazine Network, the online social learning arm of a long‑running professional development magazine, set out to build a global community for digital learning professionals through hundreds of free webinars each year. As attendance grew, their existing webinar technology couldn’t scale reliably or support active peer interaction, causing crashes, limited engagement, and difficulty retaining sponsors and members.
They implemented Adobe Connect to deliver stable, highly interactive webinars (up to 1,000 attendees) with customizable rooms, chat pods, polls, whiteboards and indexed interactive recordings. The result: membership climbed from 3,000 to 155,000, the program now generates $700,000+ in annual sponsorship revenue, runs about 250 dependable webinars yearly, and has strengthened member and sponsor trust and engagement.
