Case Study: Logopak achieves 30% faster production of custom multilingual manuals with Adobe FrameMaker

A Adobe Case Study

Preview of the Logopak Case Study

Top labeling machine company uses right-to-left authoring and support for XML to publish custom manuals 30% faster across multiple languages

Logopak, a leading manufacturer of custom print-and-apply labeling machines, faced the challenge of producing hundreds of highly customized, 50–150 page technical manuals each year for a global customer base. The manuals needed rich visuals, consistent high quality, and multilingual support—including right-to-left languages like Hebrew and Arabic—while reducing the time and complexity of authoring and publishing.

Working with documentation specialist ZINDEL and Adobe FrameMaker (2015 release) integrated with CMS and XML workflows, Logopak automated templates, content reuse, and formatting while using Adobe Creative Cloud for visuals and plug-ins for quality checks. The solution enabled publishing in 18 languages (including RTL), improved consistency and visual quality, and accelerated manual production by about 30%.
