Top bike and accessory company wins creativity and IT race by equipping marketing staff with Adobe Creative Cloud for teams

Quality Bicycle Products (QBP) is a Bloomington, Minnesota–based maker and distributor of bike brands such as Surly, Salsa, Cogburn and All-City that serves more than 5,000 dealers. Its large in‑house creative team produces everything from a 1,500‑page annual catalog to video and web content, but fragmented local files, software version mismatches, font/file corruption, growing storage needs, and manual license tracking were slowing collaboration and consuming significant IT time.

QBP standardized on Adobe Creative Cloud for teams (procured through Insight), giving staff access to the latest Adobe apps and services (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Typekit, Lightroom, etc.) and a centralized Admin Console for easy license and user management. The move streamlined collaboration with cloud access and consistent software versions, cut IT effort and license administration (saving about four hours per week), and delivered more predictable costs while enabling greater creative experimentation.
