TogoRun - Customer Case Study

TogoRun, a London-based healthcare agency working with digital authoring partner DiViDi Projects, created PATH B to address a widespread lack of reliable, patient-focused information about chronic hepatitis B. Patients and caregivers reported an information gap between diagnosis and long‑term management, and the project needed a way to deliver consistent, accessible guidance across languages and partner organizations.

Using Adobe Acrobat and Creative Suite, the team built PATH B — My Journey with Chronic Hepatitis B as a compact interactive PDF combining animated patient roadmaps, printable factsheets, forms and multimedia. The approach sped development and multilingual rollout, streamlined collaboration and version control, and produced a high‑impact educational tool that has been endorsed by advocacy and medical organizations.
