TIP Trailer Services expands beyond compliance training to create an internal learning culture using Adobe Learning Manager

TIP Trailer Services, a global trailer rental and leasing company based in Amsterdam, needed a fast, scalable way to train employees on new business systems while also moving beyond compliance-focused learning. Using Adobe Learning Manager, the company aimed to support upskilling, engage employees, and deliver training across 17 countries and 12 languages with a small eLearning team.

Adobe implemented Adobe Learning Manager to help TIP Trailer Services reuse existing content, build new courses quickly, and deliver mobile-friendly, multilingual learning with strong reporting and tracking. The results included creating more than 20 courses with 2 to 8 modules each in just 5 months, training about 2,000 learners globally, improving knowledge retention through features like bookmarking and notes, and supporting the company’s broader growth and career development goals.
