A Adobe Case Study
Thomas Jefferson University (TJU), a 200‑year‑old institution with about 7,800 students, needed to teach creative, visual communication to medical and other students while delivering consistent, relevant information to patients, staff, and the broader community across websites, apps, kiosks, and print. The challenge was to encourage creative problem‑solving in healthcare education and provide seamless, up‑to‑date digital experiences and streamlined administrative workflows.
TJU adopted Adobe Creative Cloud (enterprise ETLA for students and staff), Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target, Campaign, Audience Manager) and Adobe Document Cloud (Acrobat Sign) to centralize assets, enable hundreds of content authors, digitize forms and workflows, and personalize experiences. Results include faster content creation, a single source of truth for assets, improved storytelling and creative problem‑solving in the classroom, 2,200 active Creative Cloud users so far, more consistent cross‑channel experiences, real‑time analytics driving content decisions, and electronic workflows that speed administrative processes.
