A Adobe Case Study
The Sparks Brothers faced the challenge of shaping a massive documentary project into a cohesive story, with 80 interviews, footage from five countries, more than 6,000 archival assets, and 345 songs to sort through. Adobe tools — including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop — were used to manage the complexity and build the film’s narrative and visual style.
Adobe helped the team organize, edit, and finish the film efficiently, with Premiere Pro providing a flexible, tactile workflow and fast ingest, while After Effects and Photoshop supported graphics and archival animation. The result was a smooth offline-to-grade conform and a distinctive aesthetic that brought contact sheets, album art, and other archival material to life, helping complete more than 2,000 archive cuts and deliver the final film successfully.
