Komax S.A. is a South American fashion retailer representing more than 15 international brands across 147 stores in Chile and Peru. Facing an outdated Spree Commerce platform that couldn’t scale to support 17 brand sites, 1.5 million SKUs, or omnichannel features (BOPIS, ship‑from‑store, express shipping), Komax needed a multisite solution to improve customer experience and lift weak online conversion.

Working with Grupo Formax, Komax migrated to Magento Commerce 2, integrated Microsoft Dynamics AX and Omnix OMS, and deployed 30+ extensions to enable omnichannel capabilities and brand‑specific UX. In just 14 months they launched 17 webstores, drove a 15% lift in total online revenue, increased conversion from 0.7% to 1.2% (about a 70% improvement), and saw a 72% year‑over‑year revenue increase on Cyber Monday.
