Neverfail Spring Water, founded in 1987 and now part of Coca‑Cola Amatil, is Australia’s leading spring water cooler brand serving over 70,000 customers through 130 distributors. Facing softening sales and an outdated, confusing e‑commerce site, the business needed to relaunch its online operations to better acquire and retain both residential (B2C) and commercial (B2B) customers and to provide a self‑service platform.

Working with eWave, Neverfail rebuilt its webstore on Magento Commerce (launched April 2018), delivering tailored B2C and B2B experiences—subscription management with pause options, a custom water calculator, multi‑location and role‑based B2B accounts, regional catalogs/pricing, Braintree/PayPal and local payment methods, plus call‑centre integration. The result: rapid growth and operational gains—sales doubled every three months since launch, more than 70,000 customers served, over half of national accounts using self‑service, and 50% of online revenue now from self‑managed subscriptions.
