A Adobe Case Study
Havas, a global creative group (including Havas Worldwide and Arnold Worldwide), struggled to keep distributed teams and freelancers on the same software versions and to provision licenses quickly. Manual installs and license counts were time-consuming—installing software could take up to 45 minutes per machine and license audits took months—causing delays, extra help-desk load, and interruptions to creative work.
Havas deployed Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise with the Enterprise Dashboard, single sign-on, and self‑service app access (plus Creative Cloud Libraries and Assets), enabling fast installs, central license management, and easier updates. The change cut license counting from months to two days, saved hundreds of hours, reduced help-desk calls, and gave designers the freedom to work and experiment from anywhere, improving collaboration and campaign delivery.
