The global sports brand icon PUMA accelerates the signing of contracts with the e-signature solution from Adobe

PUMA, the global sports and lifestyle brand with over 14,000 employees and operations in 120 countries, needed to modernize slow, paper-based HR processes. Hiring contracts could take days or even weeks to complete, so the company sought a solution that would accelerate signature workflows, reduce paper and postage, integrate natively with existing systems, and offer intuitive, configurable browser templates.

After a three-month pilot, PUMA rolled out Adobe Sign in June 2020; about 15 authorized signatories now send contracts daily. The e-signature solution cut turnaround from days or weeks to an average of a few hours (often under half a working day), saved thousands of sheets of paper and associated CO2 from postage, has been adopted by 40 teams across 12 locations, and is being expanded to cover more processes with qualified e-signatures.
