TAL Group faced major disruption during COVID-19 as students and schools struggled with access to regular classes, forcing the education provider to rapidly shift to online learning. In response, TAL Group worked with Adobe to support its experience design efforts for free live online courses across China, helping deliver more personalized, human-centric services for students and parents.

Adobe helped TAL Group adapt its digital education experience and test-and-learn approach across multiple online channels. The solution contributed to TAL becoming the first educational institution in China to open free live online classes for primary and secondary students in February 2020, expanding reach nationwide and strengthening accessibility and fairness in education.
