TESS Co., Ltd., a Tokyo-based engineering firm that provides railway testing, measurement and safety research, produces training materials and manuals (pamphlets, graphics, video) for rail and related industries. With demand rising, the company needed to reinforce in-house design production, simplify print submission and cross-platform font/data handling, improve design quality, and streamline license management.

By adopting Adobe Creative Cloud for teams (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Fuse, Typekit and Adobe Stock), TESS enabled Mac/Windows compatibility, faster app installation and cloud-based license control, switched to PDF submission with InDesign preflight checks, and accessed stock assets directly in apps. The result: expanded in-house design capabilities, faster print and 3D workflows, simplified edits, and about a 50% increase in productivity.
