Televerde is a B2B sales and marketing services company (est. 1994, ~300 employees) that pairs client demand-generation work with a social-impact model training incarcerated women for careers in marketing and sales. Facing the need to increase email conversions, make marketing and demand-gen teams more efficient, and deliver marketing-technology training inside correctional facilities, Televerde sought a platform that could scale client campaigns while minimizing tool complexity and training time.
Televerde implemented two instances of Marketo Engage (plus Bizible for attribution), moving from Eloqua to a unified, automated workflow that enforces approvals and centralizes campaign management. The result: campaign setup dropped from about two hours to 30 minutes (up to 4x faster), overall marketing productivity doubled, training requirements shrank, and the company gained clearer attribution and conversion insights — all while continuing to expand its hiring and rehabilitation impact for formerly incarcerated women.
