Facing rising mobile inquiries and a need to speed up and simplify enrollment, the organization sought a solution that would integrate electronic signatures into its existing Salesforce workflow while remaining secure and easy for students to use on phones and tablets.

Study Group implemented Adobe Sign (part of Adobe Document Cloud) integrated with Salesforce and Conga Merge to prefill forms, enable mobile signing, and automate tracking and reminders. The change shortened turnaround to an average of 1.4 days with over 25% of enrollments completed the same day, improved workflow visibility, and ensured regulatory compliance through encryption and audit trails.
