StarHub, a leading Singapore communications and digital‑services company, needed to replace slow, paper‑based processes to improve customer and partner experiences, maintain business continuity during work‑from‑home periods, and make strong first impressions on new hires. Manual contract signing and onboarding were time‑consuming and costly, hindering speed and accuracy across both retail and enterprise channels.

To address this, StarHub deployed Adobe Document Cloud (Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe Sign), training staff across 12 departments in under five weeks. The paperless workflows now handle about 1,250 documents per month, cut multi‑signer agreement times from days to hours, eliminate wet‑signature delivery costs and delays, and integrate with Oracle PeopleSoft and SAP SuccessFactors to automate storage and onboarding.
