SPS Commerce, a Minneapolis–based leader in cloud solutions for retailers and suppliers with 1,000+ employees, needed to reduce administrative bottlenecks that delayed deals and slowed customer onboarding. Sales reps were required to get internal countersignatures on pricing and agreements, which could take hours or days and prevented timely quoting and service activation.
SPS implemented Adobe Sign integrated with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ, allowing reps to generate, send, and track agreements from one screen with minimal setup. The change cut quote delivery from about 2 hours to 10 minutes, produced agreements typically countersigned in under a day, enabled sending hundreds of documents monthly, and freed sales teams to spend more time with customers.
