Adobe helped the South Australian Tourism Commission implement a cross-channel journey using Adobe Advertising Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Audience Manager. The result was more than 3 million leads tracked annually, a 26% increase in leads to wildlife tourism operators, and a 962% increase in records containing customer preferences, all while improving personalization and campaign effectiveness.
