By adopting Adobe Marketing Cloud—primarily Adobe Social and Adobe Analytics—PlayStation consolidated data collection, analytics, and reporting on a single platform, automated tag management, and enabled regional teams with consistent social analytics and best practices. The platform sped reporting to the same day, improved organic reach and engagement (notably via native video), helped optimize campaign timing and content (as in the 20th‑anniversary social takeover), and increased traffic and conversion across system, store, and game pages.
