A Adobe Case Study
Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia (SIEJA), the team behind the PlayStation brand, needed to deliver richer, more frequent content across desktops, PlayStation consoles and mobile devices but was constrained by a legacy content-management approach that required external developers and long lead times. The company’s goals were to bring content creation in‑house, support many device types with responsive design, speed up updates, and enable better personalization to engage players.
SIEJA implemented Adobe Marketing Cloud—primarily Adobe Experience Manager with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target—giving editors responsive templates, drag‑and‑drop authoring and centralized asset management plus integrated analytics and targeting. The results: in‑house site production became up to 800% faster, optimization cycles ran five times faster, visits rose 14% and bounce rate improved by 5 percentage points; Net Promoter Score increased by 9 points, personalized content drove ~15% more clicks, sign‑ins jumped over eightfold and blog comments grew 37%.
