Nu Skin Enterprises, a global leader in anti-aging products with more than $1.5 billion in revenue and roughly 800,000 independent distributors, faced the challenge of managing consistent, compliant, multilingual content across 50+ regional websites in 52 markets. The company needed to speed localization, reduce errors, and empower non-technical marketing and legal teams to update content without heavy IT involvement.
Nu Skin deployed Adobe Marketing Cloud/Experience Manager (including Adobe CQ, CQ DAM and SiteCatalyst) with integrations to SAP and GlobalLink translation tools, enabling business users to create and publish localized content quickly. The rollout cut European redesign time by up to threefold, reduced localization from weeks to minutes (e.g., 25 sites in 18 languages updated in about two months), centralized 4,500 product pages and 350GB of assets, and improved content quality, time-to-market, and distributor and customer experiences.
