A Adobe Case Study
Sinking Ship Entertainment is a Toronto-based children’s television studio (founded 2004, ~125 employees) known for Emmy-winning, education-first programming that airs worldwide. Facing tighter network budgets and growing technical demands, the company needed faster, more efficient post‑production workflows, consistent software across five locations, and simpler license management after moving away from Final Cut Pro.
Sinking Ship adopted Adobe Creative Cloud for teams—standardizing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder and using Dynamic Link to streamline editing and VFX work. The change centralized license packaging and deployment, saved management time, reduced production time and cost, enabled 300 VFX shots to be delivered quickly on their first Premiere feature, and improved collaboration across all sites so the studio can compete at a larger scale.
