Seniority is an omnichannel retailer founded in 2016 that curates products and services for India’s rapidly growing senior population. As teams across marketing, product, sourcing and IT increasingly relied on web and offline customer data, the analytics team became a bottleneck; the company needed to embed data-driven decision making, build an analytics culture, and promote self‑service analytics across the organization.
Seniority implemented Adobe Analytics and used Adobe Experience League’s guided learning, community support and internal training quizzes to upskill employees. As a result, about two‑thirds of its ~95 Adobe Analytics users completed courses, teams now self‑serve reports and run advanced analyses like multi‑touch attribution, enabling faster decisions, lower campaign risk and a stronger analytics culture.
