Legacy, siloed systems and separate CMS/e‑commerce platforms made rollout and merchandising coordination impossible, so the company set out to consolidate e‑commerce, expand its loyalty program and deliver a modern global customer experience.
Working with Magento Solution Partner Synolia to migrate to Magento Commerce/Commerce Cloud, Rossignol unified ERP, PIM and warehouse systems, added international shipping and payment integrations, and launched stores in eight countries in four months. The new platform improved UX and performance, re‑engineered the loyalty program, and delivered a 70% increase in conversion, roughly 180% growth in online sales and a doubling of turnover year‑over‑year.
