Publicis Media’s IQ Academy helps achieve business goals through skill-based learning approach

Publicis Media, a global advertising network of over 17,500 people, created IQ Academy to rapidly upskill agency teams in programmatic advertising after shifting programmatic into its agency brands. The organization needed a scalable, flexible eLearning approach that would engage learners across geographies and align skill development to business goals.

Publicis Media adopted Adobe Captivate Prime as the LMS, using its Fluidic HTML5 player, skill/competency mapping, gamification and robust reporting to deliver bite-sized, tracked learning paths. The program drove more than 2,200 voluntary sign-ups in five months, improved learner engagement and skill retention, and produced measurable alignment between training and business objectives while attracting partner interest.
