A Adobe Case Study
PrismHR, a provider of HR, payroll, and benefits software for PEOs and ASOs, needed a scalable way to train both its growing customer base and its own employees. Training had relied on mentor-to-mentor knowledge transfer, creating inconsistency as the company and its learner population expanded; PrismHR required a formal system that could deliver in-depth, video-based courses to external users while also providing short, searchable reference content for staff.
Using Adobe Captivate and the Adobe Captivate Prime LMS, PrismHR rapidly built and published a library of learning—about 160 eLearning modules to date, with more in development—to serve more than 2,000 learners (about 95% customers). The Fluidic Player enabled seamless video delivery, modules are easily repurposed between customer and employee audiences, and gamification and analytics have increased engagement, improved consistency, sped onboarding, and given managers better visibility into learning progress.
