Adobe implemented Acrobat Sign to digitize sales agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other forms, giving Premier CX PDF templates, mobile signing, audit trails, and automated reminders. The result was a major workflow improvement: contract turnaround dropped from as long as four weeks to less than two days, document sorting time fell from about two hours to 15 minutes, and the team can now track roughly 40 contracts per quarter more efficiently.
