Portland State University needed a better way to replace paper-based workflows that were slowing document processing across a large campus, while also preventing departments from using disconnected e-signature tools. The university evaluated several options, including Adobe Acrobat Sign, and needed a solution that could scale, support accessibility, and work for diverse administrative needs.
Adobe implemented Adobe Acrobat Sign to centralize e-signatures and automate workflows across PSU. After a pilot and campus-wide rollout, the university expanded to 50 departments and 500 users, completing 15,000 transactions. The solution sped up approvals, improved tracking and accuracy, and saved time for HR, grants, finance, and other teams.
