Platform Housing Group kicks off a digital transformation to better serve tenants with Adobe Sign

Platform Housing Group is a not-for-profit housing association based in the Midlands (1,500 employees) focused on transforming social housing and becoming a landlord of choice. Faced with a competitive market and the need to get people into homes faster—while reducing in-person contact during the COVID-19 pandemic—the organization needed a faster, safer way to finalise tenancy agreements and streamline onboarding.

Platform adopted Adobe Sign (with plans to integrate Microsoft Dynamics) to deliver fully contactless, secure digital tenancy agreements and a new digital onboarding journey. The change cut contract processing by about three hours per agreement, enabled 1,478 signed tenancies and 800 reissued agreements, and saved roughly £86,000 in travel costs in under a year—improving tenant experience and creating a central digital customer touchpoint.
