Philadelphia University, a private institution founded in 1884 with about 3,500 students, needed to modernize slow, paper-based workflows. The university sought an intuitive e-signature solution to speed processing of multi-signature documents, simplify onboarding for faculty and staff, and streamline interactions with external organizations.
By adopting Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Sign, PhilaU automated routing and mobile signing, used MegaSign CSV merges and custom signing processes for self-service forms, and added automated tracking and reminders. The change cut payroll-action turnaround from about a month to less than a day, processed more than 10,000 documents in two years, and reduced paper, time, and administrative effort.
