Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), Mexico’s largest oil company, wanted to modernize how it shared corporate information by moving printed reports into an interactive, digital format. The goals were to broaden reach across diverse audiences, differentiate the company as innovative and sustainable, and provide a more creative, intuitive way to distribute annual, reserve, statistical and sustainability reports.

PEMEX adopted Adobe Digital Publishing Suite and launched the free PEMEX Informes app to deliver reports via computers, tablets and smartphones. Leveraging the design team’s familiarity with Adobe tools, the company produced more engaging, user-friendly publications, expanded distribution and strengthened its corporate image while eliminating paper use and reducing its carbon footprint.
