PERSOL HOLDINGS, a Tokyo-based HR and services group supporting more than 90 companies and 32,000+ employees, faced slow, paper-heavy contract workflows that created efficiency, cost, and compliance risks—especially for NDAs, procurement and temporary-staffing contracts. Manual tasks like printing, stamping and mailing delayed deals by days or weeks, incurred stamp duty exposure, and made document management and legal traceability difficult.

The company deployed Adobe Sign across multiple group businesses and integrated it with Salesforce to digitize and automate contract workflows. As a result, processing times fell from days to hours, contract creation dropped from seven minutes to 10 seconds and per-contract management time went from 15 minutes to nearly zero, with an estimated annual stamp-duty savings of up to ¥60 million and stronger compliance and recordkeeping; expansion to other subsidiaries and overseas is underway.
