Perficient Digital partnered with specialty retailer Lids to bring in-store hat customization online. Lids needed a fast, mobile-first solution that fit its existing front- and back-end systems, allowed customers to personalize products, and could be validated quickly with both clients and real shoppers.
Using its CX AMP process and Adobe Creative Cloud—especially Adobe XD CC—the team built a working, mobile-first prototype in four weeks, tested it in stores with customers, and gathered immediate feedback. The agency delivered 60 screen variations, asset files and a style guide, secured client buy-in, and helped launch a new online customization offering to grow Lids’ business.
