Case Study: Pace University achieves paperless, time-saving workflows with Adobe (Adobe Sign & Acrobat)

A Adobe Case Study

Preview of the Pace University Case Study

Pace University saves hours of work and reams of paper with efficient paperless workflows using Adobe Sign and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

Pace University, a private institution in New York with about 13,000 students, faced slow, paper‑heavy administrative workflows—some course approval packets required up to 10 wet signatures, forcing administrators to copy, mail, track, and scan multiple sets of documents. The process was time‑consuming, error‑prone, and counter to the university’s sustainability goals.

Pace implemented Adobe Document Cloud—Adobe Sign and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC—to create, send, track, and bulk‑deliver digital forms (including Mega Sign for mass acknowledgements). As a result, multi‑signatory course approvals now route in less than a week, more than 40,000 forms have been processed (20,000 in the Dyson College), roughly 100,000 pieces of paper saved, postage and printing costs eliminated, and workflows now include reliable audit trails and freed staff time.
