A Adobe Case Study
Pac-12 Networks, the multimedia arm of the Pac-12 Conference, delivers live games, highlights, and news for dozens of university athletic programs across the western U.S. Operating independently with more than 150 contributors from schools, local offices, and broadcast studios, the Network needed a single social platform to coordinate authors, speed up publishing, maintain content quality, and push dynamic photos and videos to multiple social channels in real time.
Pac-12 standardized on Adobe Social (Adobe Marketing Cloud) as its central publishing hub, using customizable roles, centralized password management, post previews, cross-channel formatting and scheduling. The change centralized social activity, boosted adoption across schools, improved control and content quality, and dramatically increased publishing agility—enabling near-real-time posts (one highlight was shared within two minutes and drove thousands of views and high engagement) and more effective promotional campaigns.
