Ogilvy, a global agency with 132 offices in 83 countries, faced a major remote-work challenge during the pandemic: its Employee Experience team needed to keep collaborating efficiently while creating socially relevant, on-brand content for Walgreens. Using Adobe Stock and Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries, the team had to find imagery and assets that fit the sensitive context of COVID-19 and still worked smoothly with clients reviewing designs from afar.
Adobe helped Ogilvy build a shared creative workflow that made it easy to search, swap, and update assets in real time, while maintaining brand consistency and version control. The result was faster iteration, easier client sign-off, and more unified teamwork across locations; Ogilvy said the integrated Adobe setup was a “game changer” for speed, updating assets on the fly, and collaboration.
