Octo is a U.S. IT consultancy helping federal government agencies modernize websites and digital services, but it faces strict challenges around accessibility, Section 508 compliance, and U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) requirements. To compete for government contracts, Octo needs to quickly demonstrate human-centered, mobile-friendly designs that meet public-sector standards, often under tight technical challenge timelines.

Using Adobe XD and the Stark plugin, Octo built accessible design systems, responsive prototypes, and shareable interactive mockups that sped up collaboration and approvals.
