Using Adobe Experience Cloud—primarily Adobe Advertising Cloud, Analytics, Target, and Adobe Sensei—OCBC tracked and optimized video viewability, applied AI-powered portfolio and bid optimization for search, and layered first‑party behavioral data for tighter audience targeting. The outcome: a 239% rise in video completion rate, more than S$100K saved per 1 million video views (viewability up ~75%, cost per view cut to S$0.02), a 25% boost in search conversions on the same budget, higher CTRs and improved cost efficiency overall.
