Novozymes, the world’s largest enzyme producer based in Bagsværd, Denmark, with about 6,500 employees in 40 countries, was handling roughly 3,000 contracts annually across sales, legal, HR and procurement. Rising postage and printing costs, lengthy wet-ink signing cycles, multi-country signature logistics and compliance concerns were delaying deal closures and slowing onboarding of critical talent.

Novozymes deployed Adobe Sign (Adobe Document Cloud) to digitalize and track contract workflows across legal and HR. The solution streamlined about 1,400 workflows to date, cut average contract completion time by more than 93% (to roughly two days, with many completed in minutes), improved compliance and security, reduced administrative effort and paper costs, and helped the company hire and serve customers faster.
