Nonprofit Technology Network (NTEN) helps nonprofits worldwide learn to use technology but faced a fragmented online learning experience: passive webinars, scattered materials, and drop-off rates as high as 50%. With a small team, NTEN needed a flexible, efficient system to create consistent, engaging courses and keep learners on track.

NTEN adopted Adobe Captivate Prime (with Adobe Captivate for authoring and Adobe Connect for webinars) to deliver a unified learner experience via the Fluidic Player and a progress-driven dashboard. The result: course completion rose to 95% (withdrawals fell to about 5%), more interactive webinars and consistent course delivery, rapid content production (52 modules in under a year), flexible reporting, and strong vendor support.
