The work informed a desktop-first plus responsive mobile strategy, refined content and CTAs through A/B and multivariate tests, and supported a site redesign that drove a 170% increase in click-throughs and a 13% lift in engagement, while delivering richer audience insights, greater scalability, collaboration and cost savings.
