Murdoch University, a research-led university in Perth with over 18,000 students, needed to boost online student applications, improve content relevance and search experiences for diverse internal and external audiences, and streamline digital marketing with a single integrated measurement platform.
Using Adobe Marketing Cloud (analytics, testing/targeting, search and integration tools) Murdoch personalized and tested campaign and homepage content, improved search and reengagement flows, and optimized paid and email channels. Results included a 28% increase in online application submissions (plus a further 19% lift from button/design testing), a 34% conversion rate for reengaged graduate applicants, a 21% rise in domestic leads and 15% increase in executive education leads, and an 11.5% reduction in average search time.
