MIDFLORIDA Credit Union needed a better way to deliver new-hire training without requiring employees to travel for a full week, which was hurting recruitment and adding cost. Working with Adobe and its product Adobe Connect, the credit union set out to preserve the human, hands-on feel of in-person learning while making training more flexible and scalable.
Adobe Connect helped MIDFLORIDA turn lectures and role-plays into interactive virtual sessions with chat, polls, quizzes, shared resources, and reusable room templates. The result was an 80% reduction in in-person training days and an 80% drop in travel expenses, while also improving learner engagement, retention of top candidates, and new-hire preparedness.
